There is no minimum or maximum quantity and most orders are completed within 3-5 business days. For same day or next day rush the majority of jobs are possible - please inquire.
For larger orders we may require more time if necessary.
Walk-ins are welcome!
For Buttonhole service it is typically done while you wait first come first serve. You can also ship us your garments for buttonholes as well - please call beforehand and speak with a representative.

What are your prices?
All jobs are quoted separately. Please request a quote via email or though the Request Quote link.
We will need artwork for your logo/design along with garment type, quantity, design dimensions, and the deadline (if applicable).
Please note: we can offer a lower price per unit for larger quantities.
What file format do you need for my artwork/logo?
The majority of image files will do as long as the resolution is not too blurry. If the file quality is very low the art may be unusable or we may not be able to recreate your design accurately.
High Resolution png images or vector artwork is preferred when possible.
For screen printing vector artwork is best.
Can my order be done by ____ date/time?
When placing the order please mention the required deadline and we will accommodate any rush deadlines when possible. Depending on the timing there may be an additional rush fee.
Do you ship?
Yes, we can ship via UPS. You can provide us with a shipping label or we can make one and charge you for shipping and handling.
Can I bring in my own items and have you work on them?
Yes, whether it be a finished garment, cut panels, or just fabric we can do most placements and sizes. In some cases certain placements may not be possible depending on the item.
I don’t have artwork for my embroidery/printing idea. Can you create the artwork and designs for me?
While we do offer many services to embellish garments we do not help design logos/artwork/etc.
If you need help creating artwork it may be best to find a graphic artist to help you.
